Resolution Option Update and System Improvement Notice

Hello, Velasters!

Following the previous key binding system update, this patch includes the screen resolution option and some system improvements and bug fixes. Below are the contents applied in this patch.

<Patch Notes>

New System

A resolution option has been added.
You can change to the desired resolution in the graphics options.

System Improvements

Improved so that the game is paused when the system menu, inventory menu, or guide is open.
Improved so that the UI layout is placed in more appropriate positions.
Added a back button at the bottom of the shop.
Improved so that you cannot specify a quantity greater than the amount of currency you possess in the shop.
Improved so that when pressing the Up/Down arrow keys in the item purchase and sale quantity confirmation popup, the quantity increases or decreases by 10.
Improved so that the changed price is displayed together in the item purchase and sale quantity confirmation popup.
Added presentation effects to the overall UI.
Improved so that the first item is always selected when switching menus.
Improved so that gameplay settings are shown first when entering the options menu.

Improved so that sound volume can be adjusted in units of 1%.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where, when the character hangs from a cliff, the hanging position is saved and the character teleports to that position the next time they hang.
Fixed an issue where some text was displayed in bold.
Fixed an issue where items could not be purchased beyond a certain quantity in the shop.
Fixed an issue where the icon of the back button was displayed incorrectly in some popups.
Fixed an issue where some characters that were not being displayed are now displayed properly.
Fixed an issue where pressing the ESC/System key in the item discard popup would also close the inventory window.
Fixed an issue where the equipped status of items in storage was not being updated properly.

Even after this resolution system addition, additional bug fixes and improvement work will continue to be carried out.

We will continue to improve based on your feedback so that we can provide a better gameplay experience.

Только начал играть, стилистически мне всё нравится. Видел, недавно было обновление настройки управления, и было бы супер, если бы добавили ещё возможность назначать действия на боковые кнопки мыши, колесо и прокрутку колеса вверх и вниз....

Souls-like? Confirmation?

The game is tagged as a souls-like so i take it that means brutal difficulty and no difficulty options? Can someone confirm. I love metroidvanias like Guacamelee! (i own both, have played through the first multiple times, and even finished it on its hardest difficulty) but I have no interest in handing money to devs that believe they should be determining whether my purchase of an entertainment product is actually entertaining or a part time job at ‘git’ing gud’ as part of their chud philosophy for...

It's me or the animations feels way too off?

Combat feels too floaty, and sometimes it feels like you are walking over ice. I understand this is a small team, but this kind of things just ruin the game experience for me. Games like this one are all about combat. If combat is not good or feels off, that's a problem....

Key Binding Update

Hello everyone,

Thank you to everyone who has been waiting.

The key binding system requested by many of you, along with several system improvements and balance adjustments, has now been applied to the game.

Below are the details included in this patch.

New System
- A key binding system has been added.
  - You can now change control keys in the Options menu.
  - \[From the Main Title] - Options - Keyboard & Gamepad
  - \[In-Game] - System Menu - Options - Keyboard & Gamepad
Balance Adjustments
- Character
  - The recovery delay after Quick Attack hits 1, 3, and 4 has been slightly reduced.
  - The recovery delay after Strong Attack hits 1, 2, and 3, and Charge hits 1 and 2 has been slightly reduced.
- Monsters
  - The attack power of the Mad Settler (Female) has been reduced.
  - The attack power of the Cultist Spearman and its elite variant has been reduced.
  - The attack power of Dozerk has been reduced.
  - The attack power of the Butcher has been slightly reduced, and the damage coefficients of its attacks have been adjusted.
  - The damage coefficients of Warden Crokyle’s swing, grab, and ground explosion patterns have been adjusted.
Others
- The character’s walking volume has been slightly reduced.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the wall near the ladder inside the ruined building could be passed through.
- Fixed an issue where the wall on the right side of the Contaminated Pit, near the area with 3 boxes, could be passed through.
- Fixed an issue where Temple Robber's Demise's final attack would not hit when standing too close.
- Fixed some translation issues.

We will continue improving the game to provide a better gameplay experience based on your feedback.

Parry...in 2026...sigh...I had hoped for better.

We have that its called darksouls...this is not was metroidvania is...do you remember parry and dodging in any of those game. You should add dark souls tag seems your just being a clone. Just my feedback sorry if you don't like it.

Purchased the game. I'm enjoying it. A few questions for the Dev.

Will there be more weapons or just the default? Does the hero have any ability to apply status effects on enemies? Any skills or talents to make the combat more nuanced and complex?
