is there a way to decease graphics and resolution to have more fps, and also pausing the game made it crash. need help soon. thx

I'm having an issue where at the second to last part of the final level where I killed all enemies at the bridge but the game didn't register to proceed to the last part of the level. I am trying to convince my parents to let me buy this game. How severe is the nudity and when does it occur? Is it skippable?
