are the achievements obtainable? i have checked profile pages of people who have left the reviews, but despite the long playtime no one has any achievement unlocked. that's why i am worried, if they are all broken?

Do Ammo and Grenades not work? Ammo doesn't seem to be usable nor do grenades. Am I missing something? Food and Water work fine.
