Hey, has anyone did 100% achievments in this game?. Is this difficult?

The saves are not compatible between the GOG and the Steam versions? I've completed it on GOG and wanted to go through the free-roaming mode on Steam (for social fluff and cards; also it felt like the game deserved more than $1.5, but definitely less than $30), but it does not seem to recognise the save file....

So I'm running the game at my monitor's resolution (2560x1440) and noticed the game has pixelated edges, giving it a low resolution appearance, which shouldn't really look like that even without AA. I'm now wondering if this is an "artistic decision" or just poorly optimized? I bumped down the res to 1920x1200 and it does look slightly better. I also checked out the official screenshots and the models look very crisp... So now I'm doubting it's art direction. Is there any way to get around this so it doesn...
