Hello everyone, apologies about the lack of news and updates. Life has unfortunately been very much getting in the way of progress, I had to get a day job again a couple months back due to needing to make some repairs to my home. This has meant progress has slowed to a crawl as I've been working a lot more hours than intended at this second job. Thankfully things have slowed down so I now have more time to work on the game again. In regards to that...

Previously Episode 2 was going to be the more fantasy based one, where you play as a knight who's sent off into another dimension to do the bidding of the old gods. This was going to include the new gore system and a bunch of new levels. This will now be episode 3 instead. I changed this up as the story for the previous Episode 2 felt like a much better way to wrap things up.

Episode 2 will now continue the story of Amy (COVEN witch lassy) where she is once again called upon by the old gods, this time in Victorian London - to seek out and destroy a dangerous cult which has taken hold of London's ruling class. I'll be going for a more mid 90's vibe. So Amy will be going forward in time but we'll be travelling back somewhat in terms of aesthetics.

Think lower resolution/colour textures, enemy + weapon sprites, crunchier sound effects, faster player movement, more sprawling levels etc. There will also be a new roster of weapons to annihilate your foes with, as well as a new magic system.
