Why custom levels suddenly got deleted? and my score also went back pls fix

Hello im stuck at the beginning of the level "local warming". Im lighting the first crate on fire but nothing happens.

how do you win the level?

I’ve combed every square inch of this stage and cannot find the candy apple. There’s a conspicuous little two-block tunnel to the right of the stage but it seems to lead to nothing. I’d be grateful for a clue or the solution as I’m absolutely at a loss. Thanks!...
