Known Issues

Achievements don't sync when not online. This will be fixed in a future version.
Ragdolls can sometimes "spaghetti-fy". However, this should happen less often now and stabilize quicker.

Teleporting woosh sound no longer plays during the title sequence

Added an additional chapter to replay the turret minigame

Widgett is now doing some tinkering during the outro while idle instead of blankly staring ahead

Teleporting music no longer keeps playing when going to the main menu during the teleporting segment

The party hat no longer floats above Melody's head
Putting probes in Widgett's butt no longer puts them in a weird position
Fixed a coins particle effect not playing at the right position
The SnackStack button now goes down when you press it
When grabbing the poop from Zorgle's head, putting it on your own, and taking it off again, the poop is no longer offset

Soda hat is no longer mirrored and missing textures
Fixed Soda Fan's baby voice line when put in Dr Jelcqi's machine being the wrong voice actor

EP3

Zero-Gesus's face no longer folds in a weird way when he holds his lyre
Fixed some missing colliders on some static props in the environment
Fixed some missing colliders on the ingredient mixing tube

Improved tool highlighting to include brain extractor & how to use it.

Plumber baby in pipe now does an animation.
Increased height of soda maker to stop Jelcqi from being obscured and clipping into it.

First of all, I am enjoying it a lot and had some good laughs already. But I am too braindead to figure out how to get the brain of the space fighter cleaned. Rubbing the soap on his beautiful head doesn't cut it and I think I tried every other possible tool. I also took his sword to try to tenderly open his skull but no - I am stuck. :(...

After 6 years of development, Space Control is officially out now! You can enjoy the full three episodes. We've put a lot of love into this game, and we truly hope you'll have fun & a good laugh!

Control issues

Was enjoying the demo but got stuck on the force grab part of the tutorial. I tried all the buttons and combinations on my controller but and couldn't figure it out, I could just be being dumb though. So then I decided to try and see if hand tracking would fare any better, but when I tried it my hands were orientated the wrong way and tracking all wrong. Tried restarting the game and still had this issue. Was playing on Quest 2 via Steam Link...

For VR games on Steam, this is definitely a must play. It's a fun little job simulator where you perform tasks on a space station and get into mischief with your new crewmates.

Each episode keeps you engaged either with your given tasks, or with the interactions between the different characters present.

I hope the developers make a sequel or make more episodes for this game. I would genuinely like to see more of these characters and this world

I just couldn't do it. This is not Rick and Morty. It sucks, why did I rate it positive? It's the only humor I can get out of this situation is to trick someone else.

hands stuck to floor

im using a vive xr elite with the new vive xr controllers and its not registering my controllers and switching to a different controller layout isnt helping

It can move rather slowly at times and the work/mini-games you’re tasked with aren’t particularly complex, but Space Control is packed with crude charm. There’s plenty of goofy characters to meet and your misfit team gets up to some fun antics. If you enjoy the sense of humor, repressed corporate job nihilism, and talk-at-the-player pacing found in VR games such as Accounting+ and Job/Vacation Simulator, then this is the space employment alternative for you, my friend.
