I just got the game and i was so confused why i couldnt move forward... Why it set to ZQSD? And WASD

Well I can point, but cannot click on any buttons. This is when I start the game and have to click on the very first welcome-message to continue.

I play this game August 19 and didn't know about "Questions au gouvernement" achievement exist. Check my time and Yes i played it from 17:00 (16:00 Paris), that mean i missed it. Ok, i'm waiting another Tuesday and this day happens Today. I connected and play it exactly at 16:00 (15:00 Paris) and nothing. I've been everywhere here, inside, outside the building, nothing. Achievement didn't drop. Standing 15 minutes at Hemicycle and nothing. Ask my friend to install this game again and we both stand 10 minut...

I saw someone say that it's on wednesdays, and the site says this is around 3 pm, but nothing unlocked. Does someone know if i did something wrong ?
