You'll be missed

I had a pretty big run where I racked up 800+ gold, and then in the Knight selection screen, I've still got 328 gold. This was what I had prior to that run. What gives?

Is it completely random getting eight mobs on the board, or is there some sort of "push deeper and you'll find it" thing?

Developer, I really like this game, but it's over too quickly. I feel like it would be amazing if your knights could gain experience and you can pick a perk or their range increases by 1 or gain an additional attack direction. For example, the archer could gain a "dagger" that allows them to also attack one square behind them and the next level can shoot 4 squares instead of 3. The main character can attack 2 range in one direction and 1 the other 3 at level 2, then level 3 allows 2 range in two direct...

Hi, when I mute the game it still regularly plays a sound, kind of a very dull click.
