Are all the monster skins exactly the same, just cosmetic? Or are there differences in gameplay when choosing one over the other? Also, it seems these siren head things are able to find me no matter where I am. I could be still in the dark behind a corner and they are still likely to find me. Only a few times have I been able to hide from them. Once they find me, it's game over. There's nothing you can do?
