When i make a treaty with another empire for vision, ive noticed that ill get vision from other empires that i dont have that treaty with even if im at war with them. Is this becuase they have the same treaty with that empire so i see their vision as well ?...

I've occasionally gotten "Range check error" on startup in the past. Installing Windows updates and rebooting was the solution. However, I'm operating Windows 10, which is no longer supported, so I have no updates to install. As far as I can tell, my machine isn't capable of updating to Windows 11. Has anyone encountered this problem, and figured out a solution? Thanks for any help you can provide....
