Unplayable on PC (Windows 10 Pro)

Hello, I tried playing the game on PC (Windows 10 Pro), i'm based in Germany. I can’t see the two characters speaking in the first house, also i cannot enter in dialogue with them apart from a few introductionary lines. Anyone else with this problem? I see no way to continue the game if it stays like this… Wolfsherz...
