UPDATE 30.06.2023: The update seem to have fixed the achievements. Furthermore it looks like you don't need to have 100% of the entries, but it is still not clear what truly matters. Thank to the work of Suporex and King_Seda, here a better overview on the entires before the final boss. Factions (10), Heroes (5), Locations (32), World (9), Treasure (17) are unlocked by the story. Honestly I enjoyed Road to Eden way better. The atmosphere, the music, the story, the conversation, the level design, and the characters with writing were all better. Here the gameplay is good but I keep skipping cutscenes becz the writing is childish and bad. Music is fine but Road to Eden wins....

I'm a fan of games where I can theorise what happened in different places and how it was like long ago from envioronmental clues and Miasma Chronicles is one of the best in this regard. - Mutant Year Zero is nice too, but the envioronments there are a bit less graphical in my opinion. - Dark Souls/Remnant may pass, but for me it's Demon Souls that worked better. - Darksiders 1/3 gave some room for such thoughts as well, while Fallout series for whatever reason never did. So I know it's very subjective...
