Dude just runs right and left, up and down, burns enemies, surrounding, bushes... everything really!
I liked the combat, it makes you decide whether to use your fire on enemies (some nice abilities e.g. throwing fireballs or casting firewalls), or waste it to heal up.
I liked the platforming episodes, which weren't challenging for someone like me who actually hates precision jumps. No, following torches, slashing warriors and landing those moving ledges isn't a skill check. Pretty forgiving.

Everything spins around the fire. There are moments when you can rekindle your sword, explore a bit and find secret rooms. And there are tough sections where you must run through darkness where only blazing sword keeps you alive. That's about it.

I think I got this game for free. Current discount of 75% is a solid deal for something of 3hrs long.
Moreover, you can replay any levels to hunt down missed areas for that sweet 100%. Good touch!
