• Fixed spawn position on co-op world 3 area A exit

• Fixed destructor and magnetism powers not being disabled in some cases

• Fixed teleport animation not being played on world doors in some cases

• Fixed box being dropped instead of thrown in some cases

• Fixed ice platform dropping sphere against spikes on assist mode
