Anybody can explain how travelling in Talon works? Sometimes selecting a location just brings me on a travel card (sitting in the tram-thing and travelling), only to bring me back to the choice of four locations. Other times the travel card actually brings me to the four mentioned locations to interact with....

And additional question, how do you complete any side quests there, using Taara, who is incapable of guarding herself? Like it is literally impossible with other than main character

I assume I'm supposed to be confused. The tutorial tooltips weren't very clear, but I pushed though. The tutorial teaches me how to move the runes around the circle, but there's no real indication of why I would ever do so. I don't know what the runes do, and I don't know how the positions of the runes changes what they do. And there are so many of them I have no idea how to start figuring it out.
