Do you have suggestions that might change the game for the better?

I'm posting this again as a separate thread, hoping someone will reply. I have a remote control from the graveyard and three closed areas (house on church, house in woods, XXX shop) . I have no idea what to do next and have circled the area for hours, to no avail. A nudge would be greatly appreciated....

Me and my friend are puzzle solving together, we're looking at the lights in the tool shops, and we cant figure out what they do, so if someone could give us a hint that'd be great. Where we are: We THINK the lights are morse code, and that the solid light represents zero, We THINK the order is vases, washroom, (zero light), lights We THINK it's for the cash register pls help...
