Performance cost is beyond ridiculous.
This is a first for me—writing a review before even beating the game. I’m running under 9800X3D + RTX 5090 + 64GB DDR5. At max settings, VRAM usage sits at a terrifying 26-28GB, load spikes nearly cap out the memory entirely. CPU usage hovers around 60%, and the game straight-up freezes during certain interactions, framerates swing wildly between 13 and 96.
I had to drop settings to High just to get it to a 'barely playable' state (1% lows at 30fps). Did u guys try to shove the entire ♥♥♥♥ into the VRAM or something? There is absolutely no reason a linear game with such subpar textures and art direction requires these specs.
CPU scheduling is virtually absent. It consumes four times the resources of Uncharted to deliver a quarter of the visual quality. If I hadn't passed the refund window just by fiddling with the graphics settings, I would absolutely take my money back.
This situation is frankly laughable.

👍 Recommended (but not for me)
It didn’t hook me at all. After ~15 minutes I was already done. I’ve played similar games before, and this one didn’t bring anything new for me — story didn’t pull me in, and the gameplay didn’t feel interesting enough to continue. Still, I can say it’s an okay game, just not my type.

Gave it a quick try, realized fast it’s not for me, and stopped.

- The “soulslike” formula here felt familiar — I’ve seen this type of game too many times.
- Story didn’t convince me to keep going.
- Combat/gameplay didn’t feel special enough to justify investing more time.

+ If you like soulslike-style combat, steampunk/French Revolution vibes, and you’re looking for another solid entry in the genre, you’ll probably enjoy it more than I did.

Not a bad game — just one of those “I get it, but I’m out” experiences for me.
