First one says USSR can move influence. Played it in the headline but no such option was offered, only to "pass". Second one lets US place influence next to countries that were controlled by the USSR at the start of the round. There was however no country controlled by the USSR. So the AI decide to placed influence that did not meet that condition, i.e anywhere....

Water Wars: opponent played this when I controlled Egypt 3-0 and Ethiopia 6-3. It removed my 3 influence in Egypt when it should have removed the six in Ethiopia.
