Im using Xbox One controller wireless on Windows 10 and when I nudge with right-thumb stick, its a Tilt warning but flippers stopped responding and ball drained and game not over or reset. After I game a bit more I found another bug. I accidentally moved my mouse and the flippers stop responding and ball drained but the game did not end after lost ball.
