The goal for both projects was pretty straightforward: take everything people love about grand strategies, but make it faster, more accessible, and flexible enough to let players experiment with “what if?” scenarios.
The most popular one — a global world map — turned out so good and was loved by the community so much that we actually added it to the game at launch.
So as you can see, by the time of release, the game had already grown far beyond just a World War I setting. And that’s entirely thanks to our community.


This scenario features a completely new planet map, “LP-16.”
