How do you escape from the robot at the very beginning if she moves to the left?..

Recently, I was trying to get these achievement. I think I almost got the F5 Achievement by using RESTART module at the end of the game to run the DEVELOPER_MODE.EXE. But the achievement doesn't seem to be triggered. Am I do it in wrong way? And how 'bout the PERFECTIONIST? 20% players got it and I still confused how to get it...
