Balancing Achievements

Lowered the requirement for two gold fish achievements.
50 fish -> 40 fish
95 fish -> 50 fish
Also, gold fish total is no longer reset to 0 upon game over. Happy achievement hunting!

Achievements Update

Finally, achievements have been added to Alfonzo's Arctic Adventure! Get back to collecting those fish!

I've made quite a few changes under the hood as well which should make for a more stable and better play experience. Audio quality has been improved and gameplay should run at a more consistent framerate.
