Can't seem to solve this puzzle.

The option : "klick to proceed with dialogs" does not work with me. Only deactivating the klick option works. Why ? Die Option : "Klicken für Dialog weiterführen" funktioniert bei mir nicht. Nach der ersten Gesprächszeile ist kein Weiterkommen, egal mit welcher Maustaste und egal wohin ich klicke.Nur Deaktivierung und automatische Dialogfortführung klappt. Warum ?...

When i want to go down with the lift, crashed two times, third time it seemed to work. But overall it takes long to load at several spots, also loading screens, really? Also please for the love of god, let us skip the conversations, i don't know but it's part what makes this game feels so slow....
