Just bought, it crashes on load, (windows, launching from either desk top or steam) doesn't get to title screen. Am i missing something obvious? cheers

This game opens with about a quarter of the screen on the left, cut off and unavailable. The rest of what is available on screen is about a quarter of the actual screen as well (the rest is off screen). I played around with this a bit but found no solution. Perhaps y'all have one....

Within Mexico area, 'inserted spigot into tree. Sap did not fill bowl; 'cannot pickup bowl which means I can't continue the game. Help!

I went on their website to unlock the keys and when I redeemed it, it told me that it was already redeemed by another user?
