Couldn't get him to work properly. There's a button next to the gate, but he won't go on it. He's very stubborn. Am I missing something, or is the area bugged?

am i the only one that has this problem? when i walk around with a big group of scheep one get's stuck somewhere and i can't do anything with it, so i have to go back to the main menu and redo the whole level

Not sure if it's just me, but it's happened twice now, where sheep will get stuck in an area for no reason. Won't follow, can't get them to sit in an area. So far, it's happened to a flame sheep and a light sheep; both times happened on the shadow sheep level (where the goal is to get the golden ram)....
