There's no way to win. In real life there are good news articles too, you can watch good news if you look for it, it doesn't make sense that there isn't a happy ending to this game for if you take pictures of the people being nice. That'd be a better message than: "Yep all media is bad and will pit you against people you wouldn't have had a problem with."
Not all news is bad news, and not even all negative news is bad. A lot of news is there to inform you about bad people to keep you safe by spreading awareness.

So final take: there should be a good ending for looking for good news to report on instead of bad stuff, just like you can decide to consume hopeful news in real life.

I think I played this before but liking it because it's nice to see some old games revival.
