Will there be a 1st person view?

Very nice demo, like it a lot, definitely gonna pick up the game when it's out. I just found the "hidden item" counter enormously confusing, since the first "hidden item" that counted felt like it was in plain sight, while I picked up other, more well hidden items, which did NOT count towards it. I couldn't find the second one. That being said, it's super weird and hard to discern what and when something may be considered such an item. Otherwise, very nice job....

I'm digging through old wishlist entries and checking on the ones that didn't come out after 6+ years (why, yes, yes it is a slow work day!) and I came across this: Rift Frigate - Post-Mortem for a failed indie project It's a great read for anyone curious about game dev, but it's also sad to say the nails are already hammered down for this particular coffin....
