To put it simply: this game's goals were not reached by its development team, and it was abandoned in a state that is completely unacceptable. It is a buggy, broken, poorly put together game. Do not support this game with your money, and do not support this terrible game development studio. They are not only extremely incompetent when it comes to making games, they are also absolutely useless when it comes to communication with their player base.

If you're still interested after all of that, be prepared for a buggy game with a terrible UI and a borderline useless AI to fight against. You will be bored with it after ten hours.

Despite amazing mod support (Brother Munro) this game suffers in so many ways. The AI goes beyond RNG cheating as it allows enemy AI weapons to engage and be effective far beyond their weapon capabilities. The political system is broken, the budget is a weak after thought. The only "fun" part of the game is designing a ship, but having fun with it in an actual battle is nearly impossible. Even if the game is on sale, do NOT buy this game.
