I understand how to manually land rockets, I want to preface this with that. I know it pops up right above the landing pad. At a 1% failure rate for medium rocket launches, I have lost 26/27 rockets to manual landing. Not because I didn't click it, but because I clicked it and it still blew up. I hired the assistant after a nice seven hours of gameplay. That was a huge mistake!!! I thought the assistant would help me bid on contracts. That I only have to enter a minimum amount and he then bids automatically. But far from it. He automatically accepts offers and forces me to fulfill them.
