I mean, I do have a surplus, but it is a lot less than my structural excess (almost 25 Billion by now). I have 2% inflation, 4% unemployment, 5% forecast for GDP growth and yet I keep getting like 250 Million $ of surplus instead of the Billions I need to repay debt (by now, 16% of GDP). Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? How is the quaterly surplus (or loan) calculated? Playing with Angola...
