No mods or addons from the workshop can work on multiplayer, sorry.

There is, and its simple. Copy the map file then go to your assets/maps folder and paste in there

Its been a while but i believe its documents - my games - sid meirs civ 5 - maps, im not 100% sure though.

If every player have the map, you can play it in multiplayer.

Yes they can.... You just have to have a external program for it.
