Judging on the fact that your Issue is that the models keep having seizures, I think I know the cause: Some of them are visible glitched into the ground. as you know the Gmod NPCs have physics which make fall damage impossible, and they always stick to the ground like magnets. Try elevating the Animation for NPCs a small bit, or maybe somehow programming the ragdoll to drop at an elevated position after the animation. It may work. A good test for this is to use that same glitchy seizure programming you forced onto Hitler and try to pull him up. He he is still having his seizure in the air I am most likely wrong. If he sort of sticks to the ground or resists you physics gun, It means some of his "Physics" are stuck underground.
