When in a dense area like Louisville or downtown areas many radios in the world are on by default, and it often leads to other sounds cutting out/not playing at all and it becomes a general displeasure on the ears on top of screwing you over when you need to hear stuff.

Perhaps having the music play exclusively on an additional frequency that is beyond the available ones that world radios can spawn with sounds like an easy workaround on paper.
