Have you doublechecked that you dont have any other instances of the mod installed in your workshop folder directory?
(workshop>content>304930)
When you get to that directory you'll see folders named after numbers, these are all your mods, you can see which mod is which by opening each numbered folder. If you uninstall Kuwait and there's still a version there, maybe that's your issue.
