In my opinion, alien grunt have too much health. I think their health are need to nerf like original.
if gordon snpc and alien grunt are fight, gordon is hardly win but against with xen variant alien grunt, gordon got demolished by rapid fire hornet gun of xen alien grunt.

All models in this addons are hexed. The problem is, Gargantua doesn't have a ragdoll.

I found a very common bug with the Garg Ragdoll, when you spawn it in it disappears, it's likely because of other Black Mesa mods I have so my suggestion is you rename it and make it entirely separate model

Could you perhaps add Alien grunt knockback? Since it's kind of weird seeing Grunts easily just fling them up the air by doing melee attacks, whilst alien grunts don't knock them up, makes it look unrealistic tbh

I don't know what causes this, but all NPCs can randomly go t-pose(idle animations?). I tested it without addons, the issue still occurs. I believe the info below is somehow related to the problem

Yeah so the houndeye front hitbox is kind of broken, makes it take less damage or doesn't take damage.

For some reason the AI of some NPCs just dies. They start backtracking to corners of the maps that I play on. This is an issue that is very annoying. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I've found a Very small Issue but ARC9 Weapons (Rifles,SMGs etc.) can Kill Gargantuas both Rebel and Regular variants as well as the Baby Variants due to them not having a Bullet proof variable in them (I don't know how ARC9 Bullet penetration works but It's something like that)

mortenalexchan Disable other addons, check if there's lua error, check if you've forgot to turn off AI player ingnoring. If you've spawned Uncontrolled Alien Slave then it's not suppossed to attack you,

Could there be an option to disable the bodygroups on the hostile aliens such as the grunt and slave? I think they're cool, but i believe they fit better the friendly versions.

Fractal-Eternal Nvm, I confused this addon with Xenians Expanded. No, they aren't supposed to throw snark nests.

Well for some reason they don't throw them for me. I've kinda noticed this since the addon release but I thought it may have just been super rare. Maybe it's a bug? I'm not sure.

If it is a bug, then good luck with fixing it, otherwise I'm not sure why I don't see them throw it. (I would put this in the discussion thread ordinarily but I wasn't entirely sure)
