* random madness award pool has been adjusted to provide a greater overall output

* added Zerchesium Staff (Shinigami Apples)

* Solusberry, Violiroot, Plasmango and Phasefruit all stack up to 20

* added two new 'tiers' of paper for book related recipes (mostly related to Madness system)

* added several new madness-related books to the tome dais and its upgrades

* Insane Notes should appear at the correct tier in the Dais again
