General:
- Compressed almost half of textures that don't utilize alpha channel. Expected zero losses, if you see material that should be transparent (logically) point at it and laugh at me, i'll fix it

"Random props" category:
- Most of models now have physics, it's mostly compromised between accuracy and optimization, so don't expect much.
- Unlit by map was fixed for those props too, they're now act normally.
- Few models that had misalignment textures problem received their respective fix. Additionally some models had unconnected edges on smooth surfaces, leading to sharp edges where not supposed to.
- Custom variants added for some of the props, also missing textures were fixed in some places.

"Buildings" category
- Not much, just fixed few houses models that beforehand were textures as solid colors. Caused by exporting with incorrect UVmap.

Known issues update:
- You can do shit without something breaking, right? Auto mass on physics objects is trolling and it's very off for most of models.
