Found lots of unwanted behaviours, bot should feel (more) like it actually WANTS to chase you!

Added experimental ladder support!

Made the slower version slower

small tweak for addnpc base compatibility

fixed some funny weapons not being forcibly dropped
bot will now only bail on attacking you, if you run from it, standing still it will never bail.
