- Significantly improved worldmodel render, nearly 50% performance increase
- Some minor optimizations for all the heaviest functions
- One stutter every 10 seconds now one stutter every minute
- Less thinking and effects for npc guns

8 npcs with fully rendered eft m4a1 now drops fps to 60 instead of 40
Not great but i have absolutely no idea how to improve performance of this base any further, i think i've tried everything
Only step forward is mostly-full rewrite of this shitcode, but i have neither knowledge, free time or motivation. Knowing how bad source and glua api it would be hell

- NPCs now spawn with a fully loaded ARC9 weapon instead of an empty one that requires immediate reloading.
- Various other fixes and tweaks.

Light flares now work in multiplayer
Flashlights and lasers now show no matter if player is visible or not (missing flashlight for other players fixed too)
New lod system based on engine one, reacts to fov and has slider in settings

Functional IR lasers and flashlights (only EFT tacticals for now) in night vision goggles and night vision ARC9 scopes
Supports arctic's, modern warfare and jmod NVGs

Better sway movement
Perhaps fixed missing texture on first kill from gun
No instant HDR switch in scopes

corrected appearance of overheat ui element
fixed slomo being disabled with sway off
reduced impact force of multi-shot weaponry (buckshots and whatnot)
