Attempt to add crafting recipie of Simonov-D and OP-Simonov

Changed a few item descriptions

Added a line in the Maxim's .dat file to slow down the player while equipped.

Reverted to a previous version of this mod. Having trouble adding in weapons from the older Lin's Armory at the moment. Mod should be functioning normally now though.
