New block: GM Fuse (GameMode)
To make map with this gamemode you need to set near all spawner equipper of CT or T Equipment and place GM Fuse block at the place, where you need to spawn bomb.

Added new furniture and "fixed" Shotgun and SMG
Boosted shotgun - higher penetration (special for new furniture)
Boosted SMG - higher firewait and less ammo
