Also, snag as many militaristic city states as possible, they make for good troop importers without needing to produce any. I once played (albeit modded, but it didnt affect city states) and almost every 2 turns I was getting a new unit
Well, it's not as ironic as if it had been, Julius Ceasar being the #1 backstabber. Although, he got stabbed in the stomach mostly IIRC. Anyway, in light of this...perhaps his nephew was just getting even on the stabby action...?
