zs_small_city_v2 + radio + spawn optimization

A heavier (182 Mb) version of the map with some additions.

In comparison with the regular version of the map, opposite the zombie spawn, a building was added to optimize fps, in the building itself there is a place for a sigil.

To turn on the music from the radio, you need to activate it, the music will play only for the player who clicked on it, when leaving the buildings, the music from the radio stops playing and you will need to activate it again. The set of music for each radio is unique.
