use the, model manipulator now
click mouse2 on the ragdoll
spawn a npc (hostile "combine" or friendly/passive (citizen or dr. breen)
now fire it in the npc
now boom! there you go, the ragdoll became a npc without a compliing it in crowbar!!!

expample of the npcs:
boom, there you go!!!
it's all done.
now you can publish as a dupe
but it's, optional to put a thumbnail.
