Playing around with Payday 2's sense of balance. The old perk decks don't quite line up anymore. Not next to full-on stoic, anarchist, etc.

The modded perk decks line up to be about the same on Mayhem. Death Wish starts breaking things, which, good. That's supposed to be hard.
