playing in 2026 for the first time. Installed a collection of over 200 mods and a reshade. It looks better than most current gen games and overall it is the most beautiful and interesting game in its genre that I have ever played. Should have listened to my friend all those years ago who insisted i try it out. hehe.

I played for nearly 2 hrs on cinematic settings on 2k res on my pc (9800x3d with the 5070 TI).
The graphics are just ok with occasional pop ins & weird janky movement of the plants/flowers. Plus the grass is so damn bright green! Lighting can be unpredictable specially indoors and at night. Some wild life animations were stiff and unnatural. Alot of minor other things that did not appeal to me as it being a fully polished title. Details matter. Maybe on sale sometime later Ill give it another go or once when i see issues have been addressed. I mean for 70 usd i would want my moneys worth. Not everyone likes every game they play.

I simply love this game. I have always admired the Avatar world & this game has done a great job at recreating the most beautiful open world atmosphere that I have ever seen in a game. On ultra graphics and at 2k res, this is the best looking game ever, atleast in my experience. The audio of the forest is immaculate as well and it gives the world such life. Just exploring the world is so immersive and I know i will be playing this game for many many hours maybe even after I have completed all quests. Highly recommended if you are like the Avatar movies or just want to see what the best outdoor/forest graphics can look like.

I am sure I will be the odd one out with my review but I did not find the game to be as overwhelmingly positive as all the reviews suggest.
The characters, cutscenes & atmosphere is great, but the fight mechanics of turn based battles just destroyed the immersion for me. I mean imagine having these cool characters going about a beautiful place with a decent storyline and all of a sudden to fight they just stand there waiting their turn to be smacked. I get it some people like such turn based mechanics that originate from the Final Fantasy series, but even FF games dont have such boring fight mechanics anymore. I gave the game nearly 3 hrs of my time but it didnt grip me, infact lost me everytime there was a fight.

Awesome challenging game. Its different from Souls games in a few ways and you encounter boss fights often. The bosses themselves are as tough as the Souls games but close. The combat is diverse & very satisfying. Love it overall

I play this game with a buddy and we enjoy it alot.
