This game has some great highs and embarrassing lows. PROS: A great (not perfect) game world to explore with lots of flavor. The skill trees are kind of fun to play with. Story and voice acting are good as well. CONS: Horribly stupid enemy AI. Police teleport instantly to your position if you commit a crime. Driving is a chore. Graphical glitches all over the place (and I'm running this on a mid-range PC). I've put a lot of hours into this game but I would fall short of recommending it as a full price purchase.
