Great puzzles, pretty rough beginning but is more approachable later on.

The game is great, but I just got banned for 100 years without any reason other than "Cheating".
Found a reddit thread where a lot of people had similar issues, and some were using BlueStacks (Android emulator for playing mobile games on PC).

Looks like Marvel Rivals anti-cheat system detects virtualization software as cheating. Also there is no official customer support with ticket tracking, etc. They just have a Discord bot that does not even inform about specific ticket IDs, so it's difficult to know if even any real human processed the appeal or when the ticket is closed.

I got banned after buying a battle pass, but I doubt they will answer with any helpful info. Free money is a free money, and appealing for a refund probably will be ignored due to some ToS point.

EDIT: I got a "response" from their customer "support" - the worst customer service I ever experienced.
- They have no separate system, just a Discord bot (i.e. if you have a ticket you need to create a DC account and joint their server).
- It's a typical MMO support where they do not even read the messages and just reply with some templates. E.g. I tried to verify why I got banned, what could be the issue, etc. And their response was `we inform you that you was banned` as if I wouldn't know that writing the ticket... They reply very selectively, skipping over 99% of the message.
- Bans for cheating are always for 100 years. BTW there is a UI bug in the game not showing a full year, so `/24` means `/2124`
- They won't share ANYTHING, if the system detected cheating you are perma banned and that's all, no matter if/how much you spent, if it was false alert, etc
- Their ToS mentions no refunds

Sadly, I was forced to uninstall the game, perma-banned few days after buying the battlepass. Beware everyone using Bluestacks, virtualization, any software that is deemed `suspicious` whatever that means.
