Path of Exile is awesome. I would rate it up there with D2 and Titan Quest. Though, I will warn you it is a complex game. That is what I like about it a lot. If you plan on playing through all 3 difficulties and doing end game maps with a character (lvl 60+) you usually want to do some research and plan out how you want to build your character in both skill gems and passive tree. I just beat the hardest boss in the game (solo) for the first time the other day, was really tough, but so much fun. Game is also F2P so no reason not to try it. It can be a very slow game at first and there really isn't much of a story, but the complexity of the game and all the different ways you can build characters are its strengths.
